Brilliant Beds offers a 30-day Comfort Exchange Policy on all beds purchased. This policy allows the Customer to exchange their product if they are not satisfied with it, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Period: The Customer may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Fee: An exchange fee of R1200 will apply for all exchanges.

Price Difference: If the Customer selects a product of higher value, the Customer must pay the difference in price. If the Customer selects a product of lower value, no refund will be issued for the excess amount.
